Would that make sense?
I bought a set of TTS long tube headers and they came off a 2000 so the EGR stuff was different. I didn't have the right stuff so I just left it off and put an expansion plug in the intake until I get the LS6 intake.
I have a custom tune by MCG of St Louis and it was done when the EGR was in tact with the Mac headers.
My dyno was pretty nice though

I just did the same thing yesterday putting 98-99 MACs on a 00. Used the rubber exp. plug in the manifold.
You say the A/F went crazy, but you gave no details. Kind of hard to comment without some details.

What did it look like before you changed headers and egr? Looks like your running a pretty good a/f mixture and than really really rich. Are you sure there was no problem before the header install / egr removal? Do you have a base line? Where is the RPM band on that graph? Again hard to help with so little info.

I think there was a problem with the wideband on the dyno. IMO, I think your car would be noticeably running like crap if the A/F was really jumping around like that. If the plug in the manifold was leaking or there was air getting into the exhaust system, it would go lean across the board.

its possible. but my friend did his car after mine and it seemed ok
