Can I use the tapped holes at the front of the heads as ground?

Can I use the tapped holes at the front of the heads as ground? Is it possible to bolt the ground of an Innovate LC1 wideband on one of the tapped 10mm holes at the front of the heads? I know many people use the ground at the back of the heads but the accessability there is very poor. I want to know if the front of the heads is a good ground too for my LC1.
