Ls2 90mm throttle body questions

Ls2 90mm throttle body questions I have a 6.0L engine and harness that I am building for a 1967 nova..
It will be turbo charged but have a few questions..
1.) Will the LS2 throttle body work with the stock wiring harness?
2.) If I stay with the fly by wire TB, can I use BS3, Fast or AMS EMS?
3.) Or should I go with a throttle cable Throttle body, I can get a Ls2 / ls3 throttle body for a decent price.

What year is the wiring harness? You may need a TB adaptor harness depending on what year wiring harness.
I don't think BS3 or any other aftermarket computer system is needed unless your goin to be doing some for crazy solid roller motor, or huge FI motor.

I have a 2004 LQ4 with harness & engine from Chevy Truck.. no ECU currently.
but I am looking to buy a throttle body..
so what to do?
I am thinking of replacing the truck intake with an Edelbrock pro-flo XT 7139 or 7140 intake.. depends if I get the LS1 or LS2 style throttle body
