help me decide

I know its been asked before and I did a search but I'm still stumped.I want to get a efilive but I don't know what version to buy I see that there standard and pro.Also who sells the chepest from the sponsers

only difference between standard and pro edition is that the pro version has the bi-directional controls. check the sponsors and see if they have v5 still available, thats 350 for the pro. if not you'll need to get v6 which is 500 for the pro edition.

TBYRNE.com has v5 (pro/std) in serial port style. Upgrade to 6.3 is free of course.

if you wanted the bi-directional controls you got the right one. then you can upgrade to v6 for free

Cool I thought I got the wrong stuff cuz I seen another one for like 499 or somethin like that .How do I do it to upgrade and what are the specifics of the laptop that I need.One more Q.Can I hook it up to my PC if I have a long enough cable?
