Default maf problem?

ok. before my cam swap my car was throwing codes for the maf. They were high and low voltage and the other one was circuit terminal L which i read up on the code and was dumb founded (mitchell is a pain in the *** with defenitions). The car would randomly start bogging and backfiring real bad at low rpm mainly pulling out from a stop. After the cam swap the car ran decent untuned. then it started running like complete ****. the car has absolutely no power if you can even keep it running, it runs rediculously rich, then lean, then rediculously rich until it sucks down all its gas just idling. I got a new maf and the problem persists. I now just noticed that if i unplug my maf it does not effect how the car is running at all. I'm thinking either the fuse popped from the old maf when it actually died, or both mafs are good and i have a wiring problem. Can somebody tell me which fuse the maf runs off of? does any body have any other ideas on what my problem could be?

with the ignition on, should the red wire to the maf be the only one getting power?
