Exclamation cant connect to computer

i have a 95 camaro with obd2. i just put a motor in it and a ses light keeps coming off and on and so far 2 code readers could not connect to the computer. why could this be?

not sure if its the same with lt1s but check your cig. lighter fuse

its the same fuse that runs power to the obd2 port

95 was a wierd year for the camaro. It has a obd2 port, but runs obd1. You'll need a special reader for it.

just make sure that both pin 4 and pin 5 are earths in the OBD2 port... same as in Australia we have OBD2 style port for the VS commodore but it only has 1 of those pins as an earth ... the other is blank.. this is fine for the TECH 1 but a TECH 2 wont power on
