Two to three days before the post was made I had an email from him that read about the same as this post. I told him to check the same things via email that I posted in this thread and explained things in the same fashion.

hahah sometimes people find ways to make problems...happens alot at the dealer..o well at least its fixed and didnt require any additional parts or money.
