04 cts v6 tuning (post cat o2's need to be deleted) I was wondering if there is anyone in the DC area that can do this for an 04 cts 3.6 v6, vehicle has a bad cat (passenger side) and it needs to be inspected (emissions), but my friend doesnt have the cash for the cat to be replaced at the moment. So i want to see if anyone can tune out the rear o2's
