If I don't use HPP III for power tuning?

If I don't use HPP III for power tuning? Like I said if I don't choose to utilize the power programming, just the other features will the programming for the current power tuning remain the same?
My car seems to make alot of power already based on my 111.96 1/4 mph. I just need to move the top speed limiter, rev limiter a little, adjust speedo for gears & tire height and fans.
Once I get LT's & headers then I'll be going to LS1 Edit. Thanks once again, Fred
