If the tach does not move it's likely crank sensor related.
Pull the starter, the crank sensor is behind it in the block (not cam sensor, it will start with a bad cam sensor).
1) make sure it's still plugged in
2) check for burnt wires, they go close to manifolds/headers
3) pull sensor and look for damage
If I were you and the wires all look good, I would put a new quality sensor in it. Good chance it fixes your problem, if not it's a good thing to have a spare of in case it does go out because the car will not run without it.

Well i've been lazy about fixing the car. I'm going to replace the crank sensor tomorrow and hope that fixes this issue. If it does fix the problem, will the car fire up and run fine with the new crank sensor or do i have to do the case relearn that i've read about?

Problem solved, car runs now. My timing tuner is plugged in-line with the crank sensor. Come to find out, the wires going to the timing tuner got melted inside the wire loom next to the header. I unplugged the timing tuner completely, plugged the crank sensor in not using the timing tuner and it fired right up....how did i overlook that so many times ...
