cylinder compression? Spark plug health?
fuel pressure while at WOT? Vacuum at WOT?
AFR at WOT? There are a LOT of possibilities. You are going to have to start with a basic datalog and checks first then start fine tuning your search.
if your engine has an airbox, 90/90, 230/236-112, higher compression, I would suggest you go have it tuned then see what happens.
