Thanks, brother!!

Two new ones coming down the pipe: First is "Engine Drivability Diagnostics" and second is "Understanding Automotive Electrical & Electronics". These should help people become much more knowledgable and proficient in diagnosing and determining the causes of drivability issues and poor running of any EFI engine and/or powertrain combination. Should be good, useful stuff.
Thanks again for the support!!!

Thanks, man! I truly appreciate the kind words!

At that time, I think I'll take a few days off and then re-start the classes and webinars. I'll get a hold of you when we re-start. I think you'll get a kick out of it as we've developed a cool test stand for the dyno that allows us to make cam changes in minutes to show people the tuning of stock/modified valvetrains in the same time we used to cover one powertrain combo only. Really cool stuff. You'll see soon enough!

Well mine took a little longer to get here, but it came today. I gave it a quick overview until I hit the case studies then I was captured and read through 3 of those in detail.

I cannot believe how much of the intimidation factor of EFI Live was slaughtered by reading what I have so far. Just reading it made me pull open my tune and see how things in it were done as compared to this book and I found a lot of similarities.

I feel very confident that this is something I can tackle to fine tune the work I've paid someone to do, but also that I could make some worthwhile improvements on a stock-mild vehicle relatively easily.

I've read an older tuning book by another author and was left feeling like an idiot with a cloud of doubt that the tuning thing was really for me. This book not only shows what to do in nice detail but it explains "why" in easy to understand language that isn't dumbed down to the point I feel I wasted my money but at the same time I don't feel like someone is trying to make me feel inferior.

I am 100% happy so far and am sure it will only be better once I sit down and read through the rest with the same attention I gave the case studies.

Thanks for the kind words, Gents!! Also, my apologies for the lack of emails confirming shipment and my tardy responses to those who emailed looking for a tracking number (all 4 of you!). We're just overwhelmed with shipments at the moment and have tried to get everything out on time. Looks like it's working so far!
Again, many thanks to everyone who purchased this book, and a special thanks to you, thunderstruck507, for helping others realize that tuning isn't rocket science. It's time intensive and effort equals results, but if you simply take it a step at a time, anyone can learn to do it and do it well.

Thank you for posting it would be a waste of $'s for those with Hp Tuners and 1st book to delve into buying 2nd book. I look forward to spending future $'s with someone who has that kind of business integrity! There are currently NO OTHER substitutes for the amount of info. you provide to tuners for such a small investment. THANK YOU!

is the first book still available? I looked on your site, and it shows nothing? I would love to get the first book as I am a HP Tuners user.

I have the ORIGIONAL BOOK if anyone is interested in it.
I purchased Dans' new one for the EFI live. I’m considering dumping my HP Tuners, I’m tired of waiting for a final version of the new software, can’t get a aprox date and I have 2 older serial interfaces they will not move the licenses over to my usb pro model, nor can I get the beta version of the newer software for the serial interface to hold me over. It’s been 3 years since we had an update we all have been patient enough. Sorry for the rant.....I have (1) ORIGIONAL book available.

I got the book and it seems very good. I really liked the trans section as all I have done is m6 stuff. Well written and easy to understand how and why things are done. Always good to have another tuning resource

BUT they are also available through FISH TUNING. FISH TUNING is now the west-coast distributor for our books. If you'd like to order by phone, call Robyn at (310) 499-0989.
