Default 02 volts - Good? Bad? Indifferent?

Can someone take a look at these numbers and let me know if my o2 sensors and sims are working properly?
I'm getting about 13 mpg which is down quite a bit, so I'm trying to figure out what the problem is.
Thanks guys

Static O2 sensor data means very little. You need to show dynamically what they are doing. If you are in closed loop and they are always at those values and never changing then something is wrong.

Popa,
Are your O2's going lean/rich/lean/rich... ie the voltage should go low/high/low/high. If they are sitting still and 800-900mV....you've got a problem. What are you using to tune? Post your current tune and a log.
