Random misfire
Random misfire Ever since I did poly motor and trans mount, on the highway over 2000rpm, I will occasionally get a flashing SES light with a random misfire code. The car runs BEAUTIFULLY. And it really sucks, because I dont have autotap or anything but I can hear or feel any pings, misfires, knocks, or hiccups.
This issue was occasional and really didn't bother me till I got the stall in, but now it unlocks on the highway and that is REALLY obnoxious. Is there any way I can rig up a switch to either force the converter to lock or to turn the knock sensors off when I'm cruising? I'd prefer the first. Well that's a lie, I'd prefer HPtuners, but I can't afford it ATM.
