LT1 timing
LT1's do add spark with RPM that I still have never found the table to control...but I've never seen them add more than 2 degrees doing that.
20 at idle sounds reasonable for an LT1...but 44 at WOT is way too high.
Could there be a margin of error for the software I am using to read it? The air has been very cool and wet lately, and I just started doing the diagnostics so that may be it, I may see lower timing when things dry up a bit here , which they surely will. Like I said before , I am not experiencing any engine knock so it may not be a bad thing. I will do some runs tomorrow and see if things stay the same.

If the thing is really hitting that much spark at full throttle...either there's something wrong with the computer, the car is pulling a ton of vacuum, or it's got a problem with a MAP sensor that makes it think it's pulling tons of vacuum.
I'd look at what the MAP says with key on engine off, at idle, at full throttle...I think your problem lies there. I believe a bone stock aluminum head LT1 tune will run 32 degrees peak at full throttle...34-36 would probably be peak power on almost any naturally aspirated LT1.
