What could all cause this?
I've noticed alot as of late that my car misses throughout the drive range. Its heaviest at low rpms but is still very present and higher rpms. I've noticed that along with this my car has a signifigant loss of power . Any help would be great.

If it's a miss under load I would suspect either a bad fuel
filter, a crudded up injector or a spark plug with too much
gap / plug wire arcing / coil arcing - all of which spark
problems would limit the ability to fire across high cylinder
pressures, the fuel delivery ones cause a short fuel
condition that is exposed by high demand.
I would start with the basic maintenance items first
(fuel filter, fresh plugs) and see if that takes it out.
Also hope you are not a K&N filter user, if so then see
the TSB and threads about MAF cleaning.
And you might benefit from a top end clean, if this '98
has never had one it's probably very oily in the intake.

The car was a former K&N user. I removed the filter upon purchase of the car and cleaned the MAF accordingly. I am still however throwing a p0102 code. On the upside I talked to a dealership and made an appointment for this wednesday. They seemed very confident they could fix the problems even though the last dealership couldnt even diagnose them.

ifyou have a P0102 code you have to take care of that first. That puts you into speed density mode. That shouldn't necessarily cause the car to run bad though.
Another reason could be a bad O2 sensor. Sometimes they get lazy without throwing a code. This will cause a rich condition causing the miss.

Well what ever is wrong with this car I've had it in and out of shops for about two months now. So far the place where I bought it, and the other chevy dealership I have tried havnt been able to fix it. This dealership hopefully will be able otherwise I'll just not drive it until I've saved enough to do some real heavy work on it.

Well the dealership for a costly price managed to get rid of the p0102 code. However upon driving it home I turned it immediately arround. They apparently believed that when I told them I wanted the missfire fixed as well that I was only joking...
