80lb injector data base tune
But as you can see, you're nearly at the bottom of the injector with it at 1.9ms and you still aren't at stoich. You may have to do some offset raping to get them to idle right. Zero out of the short pulse added. If that doesn't help, go into your offset table in the 11.5-14V range and decrease everything by 10%.
You may be able to regain some control of the injector with the VE table. Keep min fuel mg at .008. It's on the wrong side of the knee that low, but let's keep it there.
Next I decreased injector offset table by 10% in the 11-14V regions. I was able to regain better control of the VE table while RTT.
Decreased the injector offset table by 5% at a time and now the car runs much better throughout the entire rpm without touching the VE table. Still rich but a much better baseline to mess with.
Im tuning with EFI Live, I’m running an LS1B controller, what all do I need to change for these injectors? I tried the sticky data spreadsheet up top but doesn’t seem to work.
You have to set B4001 (IFR) to your injector's flowrate, this depends on your measured rail pressure.
You have to populate the various injector characterization tables from that data:
B4003 - Minimum Pulsewidth
B4004 - Default Minimum Pulsewidth
B4005 - Small Pulse Adjust
B3701 - Pulsewidth Voltage Adjustment
Also:
B9021 - Minimum Transient Pulsewidth (available only for several OS's).
You won't run out of range in the IFR table, but you may exceed the airflow 512 g/s limit in the PCM/OS... you may need to scale for this.

stock long block with a blower and 80s is what I'm working with. Hence why I am reluctant to play with the VE all that much.
