Default 80lb injector data base tune

i was wondering if anyone has injector data for the ever popular siemens deka 80lb injectors. i bought some and have them installed and ready to start logging and tuning my turbo setup except i have no data for these injectors to even start a base tune. I ve searched and raided the hptuners repository but cant find anything. If someone can point me in the right direction it would be greatly apprecitated

Did you give a call to FIC? Just a thought. If you find out, please post.

I'm in need of this info. Does anyone care to share their numbers for 80# Dekas?

Default 80lb injectors

Hey I seen your post a while back on those injectors, would you have the info on these for up tuners? Thanks

Here is the data. Change under the transient tab, min fuel milligrams to .019.

Copy the Injector Flow Rate, Offset vs Battery Voltage, Short Pulse Adder, and Min Injector and Default tables as shown.

So whose data is that? You might add that the IFR and Offset vs Volts vs VAC is for a fixed fuel pressure system, not a BRFPR.

It's Ford's data for the injector converted to the Gen III PCM.

And you're right. If FPR manifold referenced just use the first value for IFR.

JakeFusion, are you running that injector data currently? Reason I ask is I've got a turbo 5.3 silverado with a walbro 450, deka 80's and factory return style rails and vac/boost ref fpr

I'm having issues getting it to run right. It ran 'great' for 6 months or so until recently when it got cold. When looking into this is when I discovered several things in the tune that were wrong, one of those being injector data.

Thanks for any advice!

What is the part number for the injectors you are running?

Did you carry the 0kpa line across the entire table for IFR and offset? You need to do that for a referenced regulator. Did you scale the tune?

...and same for voltage x vac correction table.

Is your tune scaled as asked above...?

You probably have to redo the rest of your tune.

Same question for you.

I haven't tried JakeFusion's data yet, I've saved another tune and started copying over the data from his tune, so far i've changed the following:

1.) IFR flatlined at 92.69lbs (pressure @58psi)
2.) Copied first column of voltage offset table across all columns
3.) Copied min inj pw
4.) Short pulse adder and short pulse values
5.) Copied min transient fuel milligrams

The part number for my injectors is: FI114991

The one thing that makes me wonder about the data, is Initially I was trying to come up with my own data, so I started searching around and found this link: http://siemensdeka.com/specsheets/FI114991.pdf.

This spec sheet contains a 'voltage offset' line graph towards the bottom, which doesn't visually line up with the values showed in JakeFusions offset vs voltage table (at least from what ive noticed). Thoughts?

Thanks again for any input !

The data Jake posted is a mathematical conversion of data developed by Ford racing for injector part number FI114992. I don't believe it's the same injector, butI don't know. I also don't put much faith in random part sellers on the internet, so who knows if your spec sheet is accurate either.
