What exhaust mods? LT's and CB, yes. Just CB, maybe not.. But with the Airbox, you could benefit from a MAF correction.

I picked up quite a bit form a tune with my lid, P+P'd TB, free mods and LT back setup back in 04. Ran 336/346.

I just installed a mail order tune from Frost, and my car is only a lid and CB car. It really woke it up!

I agree, you will gain a little something from the tune but I would just save the money and put it towards a set of LT's. Unless, you don't have anymore plans for the car and want to leave it as is, then it would be worth it.

longtubes should be on the car within the next 2 weeks and with my car having 150k on the clock and being a dd i think the car will stay the way it is. so it should be done as far as the engine goes. now the debate between mail order tune or having someon dyno tune it..??

With bolt-on's a mail order tune will definitely be sufficient
