egr ground wire has voltage ?
I ended up buying an autometer fuel pressure sensor to replace what was now my 2nd ebay fp sensor. Both ebay ones started reading inaccurate after a few weeks. i log them through efilive
before I install the autometer one, I was checking voltages on the 3 sensor harness wires and noticed the harness ground wire (egr ground) has .8 volts when I check it with the other voltmeter lead to chassis ground. The harness ground wire is the blue connector pin 41 (EGR Pintle position ground) .
The red 5v egr wire shows 5.8volts when referenced to chassis ground but shows 5.0 volts when referenced to egr ground.
Is this normal ?

Check block:chassis, block:battery, chassis:battery and
see where / whether the ground is not the ground. There
might be something funny about the EGR specific wire but
the rest had better all be tight.
