Default Open Loop AFR vs, w/ Power Enrichment?

There is a PCM table that maps Open Loop target AFR
against ECT and MAP. The MAP runs up to 100kPa
which is full atmospheric (for us flatlanders) and well
above the power enrichment enable threshold.

I haven't found any good description of how this map
works with the various PE "mechanisms"; is it superseded
when you enter PE, or do the various PE terms add to it
as a base + various offsets to make a sum for total target
reciprocal AFR (14.7/AFR) multiplier?

Default

PE superseeds the lambda table.

14.7 / PE is your target a/f during PE mode

14.7 / Lambda is your target a/f during open loop operation

LTerms control your a/f during close loop operation (which you already know)
