Default Head & Cam Swap Break-In

I know most everyone will say get the car tuned asap, but I feel like a should put a few miles on it (100 or so) before I go to redline at a dynotune. I haven't changed injectors or maf (injectors will be changed at dynotune) so would it be ok to put some very easy miles on it 2500 RPM or less before an oil change and taking it to get tuned?

Is there some type of tune in the car now? If so, what do you have basically?

It's still on the stock tune, but it seems to idle and run pretty well. I added 799 heads and a 22X/23X 110.5 LSA cam. 11.5 compression.

This is one of those things where most who drive it without a tune will probably be fine, but then there are those "unlucky few" lol that end up having issues If it were me i'd have a base tune thrown in first if possible. Look at it this way...you spent all this time and money...is it worth that possible chance (however big or small it actually is) of creating a problem?? That's just my opinion...
