Diablo tuner or Frost Tune?

Diablo tuner or Frost Tune?
Ok first off I know I will get max performance out of a dyno-tune, but I will get that down the road once I get a cam and stall put in...
So...in the mean time I basically have full bolt-ons (minus pulley) and have 3.73 gears. Car is a 2000 Z28 A4. My main concern is the shift points are kind of funny because of the gear change so I want to get that dialed in. Also remove check engine light and also of course add a bit of fuel and timing.
With that said, would I be better off getting the Diablo Tuner or sending my PCM out for a Frost tune or any other good mail order tunes?
Thanks in advance!

There's a lot more to a tune than peak hp numbers though. I Dyno'd a g8 with a handheld on it (10hp over stock) then tuned it. My tune made 25hp over stock but it also made more than the handheld did from 2,000 rpm all the way to redline.! The peak gains are only smart part in performance.
If you have access to a Dyno and you want to try to get every lady hp out then you'll want something you can adjust on your own over a mail order. Just Dyno'd fbody I did mail order tune on, then Dyno tuned it, was 6hp gain.
