Anyone attending the tuning school 10/5-6
Like always, Ill be up helping the tuning school this weekend 10/5-6 with their two day calibration course. The school teaches a step by step process to shops and enthusiasts on how to properly calibrate an electronic fuel injected vehicle using HP Tuners.
I was curious if any shops or forum members were attending. Its two full days of dyno tuning cars from bolt ons to forced induction. We like for the students to have a comfort level of tuning forced induction vehicles so when they get home, everything under that level is easier.
Topics will include:
MAF / VE Tuning
Idle & Part Throttle driveability tuning
Large Cam tuning
Supercharged / Turbo
Injector scaling

It's another school. I was looking into this today. I will take the classes most likely next year
EFI University works exclusively with EFI Live while the tuning school works with HP tuners and SCT performance.
Digging deeper in the program the beginner's course is 2 days and then they have an advanced course which is also 2 days. After you complete the advanced course, you can take the certification exam at a later date.
EFI University, for in class, is 5 days long and you take the exam once you are done. The cost is a bit higher though.
