Tuning issue after t56 swap - EFI live
Hey guys.
I own efi live, and can make my own changes, however im not very versed with it, So i have another tuner(via internet) do my work for me.
In my h/c 6.0 rcsb(motor installed and tuned perfect prior) is having idle issues after doing a t56 conversion from a 4l65e. A new tune for the swap was made, and it runs and drives great, no lights etc.
When i fire up the truck it will fire at 1500rpm, but then all of a sudden after 3-4 seconds rev up to 2500-3000rpm. sit there for 3-4 seconds then drop down to idle like normal. Crack the throttle etc, it revs and drop like normal. Truck shows ecm being in 1st gear all the time, and im told the IAC is opening the throttle(DBC) causing the issue.
I have a copy of the tune and log if someone who is familiar could have a peek. Let me know and i will email them
thanks
Brandon

LSX Power Tuning has been more then helpful with this issue. Even went as far as sending me a test tune to see if it corrected my issue....which it did first shot lol.
Needless to say, he will be finishing my tuning from here on out. Fast response time, and extremely knowledgeable!
