Iac counts stuck at 0 Car doesn't want to idle. Put it in gear and it won't compensate for load and dies. Iac's never change. Tps shows 0% at closed and 100% at wot like it should. No codes are being set either.

Have you tried maybe "commanding" a certain IAC count. You can do that with the VCM controls. Try commanding like 60 counts or something while logging IAC and it should respond and show 60 counts. If it does not, then I would almost guaranteee it is bad or stuck. My next course of action after that would to measure voltages at the plug.

I don't have hp tuners. I'm using my scan tool to look at everything. I'm gonna pull valve covers and check my rocker bolts. Maybe one of them didn't seal when I put engine back together.

I went ahead and got a new iac valve and tps sensor. Car idles much better now. Old iac valve was stuck closed. Iac counts still stuck at 0. Resealed all the intake rocker bolts. It idles fine but iac still not doing its job. No counts. No codes when I unplug it or anything. Car was tuned before when PO had it. Wondering if some hack did it. Can you turn off the iac valve in the PCM?

P, I, D control values.
