Stop trying to compensate fueling with the tune. There seems to be something seriously wrong with the tune OR there is a mechanical issue. From LS1 stock/cammed/bolt on heads -> LS3 cammed, there is not nearly as much change from my stock LS1 tune in most settings. Ie, changes in timing, VE etc are actually not far from each other or just shifted into different RPM ranges due to cam characteristics.
Do some logging, post the tune and log here so we can give you some input on what may be happening.

Unfortunately that's all I can suggest with the details you give in your post.

I haven't look at your tune but I'm just gonna take a shot in the dark and say either you are not actually in open loop if you keep making changes but no difference or you are running strictly MAF

Your injector flow rate & offset tables are set up for a returnless fuel system. If your pressure regulator is vacuum referenced, then the offset & flow rates should be the same at all manifold vacuum.
Also your stoich is still at 14.68, should be around 9.75

Are you sure the wideband meter is not having a problem?
I have had the LM-1 act normal at first and then sort of
"lock up lean" some time into the session, when the LSU4
sensor was on its way out.
Chasing bad data will seldom give a good result.
