Default No Spark or Injector Pulse.. Need help

Ls swap my 1978 Monte and cant get it to fire.
Engine is a 2008 4.8 (LY2)

After completing everything needed to have it run, i tried to see if it will start. Had no spark. Called the tuner (chad). Took the car to him, had the VATs deleted. Tried firing it in their parking lot and still nothing. Check INJ 1 with a noid light. Didn't flash at all. Chad said all the sensors are working and the ECM is doing its job telling the injectors to pulse and the coils to fire.

Went back home, checked every ground, and every single wire for all the injectors and coils. All have continuity and are located in the correct ecm pins and theres ignition power to every injector and coil. Is there a possibility that the ecm is bad? Is the internal grounding for the control wires burnt up? The engine came out of a wreck tahoe. Is it possible something shorted out damaged the ecm?

Any help is appreciated. This issue is holding the whole project back and i havent drove the car for a year and a half. Thanks..

Heres some pics of the car for those who are curious...

this past friday

how it currently sits

I hope (chad) knew he had to do a write entire to disable VATS on that ECM.

Are you getting an RPM signal when cranking? IIRC VATS disables the fuel not the spark but I could be wrong on that.

My first thought is the crank sensor but I do mainly OEM diagnostic work.

Do you have a scanner or a way to look at any data log information?

When cranking, it shows about 150 rpm. And I don't have any way to data log. The tuner wants to hook his lab scope up and see what's doing on.

When he disables vats he must do a "write entire" not just a "write calibration".

Is the starter turning the engine over?

Yes the engine turns over. but im using a standalone fuse/relay box from Current performance. so the starter isnt linked with the ecm.

I never understood people like you who feel so obligated to offer zero. shut off your computer, throw your phone away and disconnect your internet. That would be the best contribution to humanity you could do.

You phrased the question as if you are asking the OP directly.
Now if you had asked if others with a similar issue had a solution, no problem.
I was merely advising that the OP himself has not been here in over 5 years. You will not hear from him.
I did NOT say nobody else could chime in though.
