07 Z06 startup tuning I am trying to get this car to cooperate, but am getting frustrated. It starts good cold, no throttle needed, and idles fine. Only on a hot restart do I have an issue. I have increased and decreased the cranking FA, as well as the cranking VE and cranking airflow. Tuning it changes what it does, but unless you press the accelerator pedal, it doesn't fire up warm. Touch the gas and it fires right up fine. The rest of the tune is really quite good, just need to try to resolve this. The car has Mast 305 heads and their cam intended for them, Kooks long tubes and cats, BB exhaust, CAI, larger MAF. This is a retune after heads and cam. Any thoughts where I should experiment?

I should correct myself. The car doesn't want to start, warm or cold, without some throttle applied. It fires up great with maybe 10-20% throttle and idles great on it's own. I did try the min. idle airflow, from .5 increase up to 4.0 and it doesn't improve. More cranking FA (fuel) More cranking airflow, more cranking spark, less cranking VE, I feel like I'm running out of options. Probably a table I don't understand or know exists. Any other thoughts?

Lobe separation is 114.1
Overlap 25.1
Intake:
Centerline 110
Duration 246.2
Valve lift .658
Exhaust:

Unable to provide IAC data since it doesn't have one. I have fiddled around and have it starting warm, barely, with the VE, Cranking airflow, and FA tables. Once it catches, it's happy, but I know they hate big cams.

I just want to publicly say thank you to LSX Power Tuning for the look over and advice on how to correct this issue. I did what he suggested and have a happy starting car, once again! Great call for the first try on what to change and how much to change it. I will be remembering this in the future.....
