Can the regulator be replaced or does the entire fuel pump module need changed. I have another ls1 car with the stock pump and it holds steady 58. I could swap pumps from one to the other and see if it corrects the problem.

Not disagreeing with you joecar. Fuel pressure is a problem as well.

The FPR can be replaced from within the fuel pump module...

however, if the fuel pump module has never been replaced, then you should replace it (the whole module).

The only thing that's been replaced is the fuel level sensor and did the racetronix pump. I've read a few places on hptuners forum rail pressure was actually increasing with the racetronix kits. If I end up with the same 64psi but constant with a new module that can be tuned around right?

If it stays constant then the IFR can be scaled for the new rail pressure.

I'm sitting at 62 steady with a different fuel pressure gauge. Revving it up gives maybe a 1-2 psi drop

Default -30 short term fuel trims need help

1-2 psi change is ok (i.e. +/- 1 psi).
