Default Maf issue when logged?

Simple maybe dumb question? When logging with hptuner the round maf guage that reads lbs/min flutters or doesn't stay steady when rpm's are climbing up through at wot. It climbs up to about 49 lbs/min at peak but is it normal for it to not be steady climbing up through the rpm's at wot?

Have you movd the maf or changed the intake at all? I get some fluctuation but it's likely turbulence in the intake causing the readings to move around. If you don't have one a honeycomb flow straightener may help or move the mafe further from the filter or any elbows.
