HPTuners issue Having some issues with loading a tune into my PCM. I have my stock file saved and a tune I downloaded from the respiratory. Anytime I make a change to the factory saved file and try to write to it shows "failed" on the Writing Entire File.

Never try and write a file that is not based off a file read from the same PCM you are trying to write to. Especially a file from the repository unless you really know what you are doing. Writing an entire file that is not compatible with the PCM hardware will brick the PCM. There is no need to do a write entire unless you are changing to an OS that is applied from a file read from the same PCM. There are a few exceptions to that rule like turning off VATS or applying some patches on some PCMs. More details on the PCM type you are using would help. Anytime you are asking for help give as many details on what you are using. I'm not going to try and figure out what you are using or doing just based on some OS numbers.

Well I think I have found the problem. I originally meant to write in a tune from the saved file I pulled for the original PCM. I think I flashed in the tune I got off the respiratory. Now I am getting a calibration mismatch error. File OS ID does not match VCM OS. Please load a file that is compatible with the VCM. Any thoughts?

Didn't have any luck with that. But I did find I only have 11.5 volts going to the computer. At the relay junction box I have 12.4. So going to find out what's going on there.
