The new Innovate MTX-L is probably one of the better ones if you need the gauge and the LC-2 if you don't. All depends on "budget".

Looks like a decent unit for the price. I used a Innovate MTX-L on my Turbo car. First one I received was defective but I got a replacement and had no issues while I owned the car. I also have used an AEM but didn't care for how jumpy it seemed while scanning in HPTuners. One of the best widebands is the NGK AFX though.

Yea I would prefer the ngk afx but they are hard to find for good price I know ballenger or whatever it is says they have them but they want 299 for them.

I'm interested in the apsx stuff cuz it's American made not becuz it's cheap
It looks like it's cheap becuz its basic and not all fluffed up to look cool.

Hoping someone on here has used one and can comment on accuracy

I dont know which ones are the best, but I do have 2 friends that had issues with 3 different Innovate wide bands failing within a week of installing.

That's crazy, I've had my LC-1 permanently installed for 4 years now. No issues.

Same here no issues, using an aeroforce scan guage to see command afr and the AEM usually sweeps in a decent range.

I have the same sensor. Do you have yours hooked to a gauge all the time?
I thought i read somewhere that you cant have the wideband left unhooked from a gauge or datalogger if that makes sense.

Take a look at 14.7 Spartan 2 and Techedge 2J2. Just be sure to get the LSU 4.9 sensor.

I have the 2J2 and love it. I also have an LM-2 and have had a lot of issues with it, but it appears the latest iteration of software has corrected the problems and now works with the LSU 4.9.

The 14.7 Spartan products look very nice for the money and the developer/manufacturer is very sharp.

I've been using Innovate widebands for years and have never had an issue. They do seem to be somewhat finicky about where they are grounded though. I currently have a MTXL I log through HPT and couldn't be happier.
