Default M6 to 4L80E, park/gear position switch wiring TCC stuff ?

01 car, have a 4L80 in it with manual valve body. I tried flashing to a A4 operating system, and using the TCC solenoid pin to control lockup - and the pins for park neutral position to make sure the PCM knows its in or out of gear (A&B Blk/wht & Org/blk) when I tie those together i dont see indicated gear changing at all just says its in 2nd gear all the time - this is with it flashed to A4. If I command TCC on with HPT that pin does provide ground though.

The clutch pedal switch at the bottom of the throw enables/disables the car starting, so if you wire that to shifter switch it will start, but PCM doesnt know its in gear for idle airflow tables. Trying to get what circuit willl indicate the thing is in gear so it knows theres a load on it and jumps up IAC counts to the in gear tables
