Default Gas gauge past full when car is running

I just got my PCM back from tunedbyfrost and car is running alright, however after filling up the tank the gas gauge is now pegged past full when the car is running. When the key is turned to the on position without the car running, the gas gauge resets and goes to the correct position, however once the car is running the gauge goes past full again. Any ideas what might cause this? Here's a video of what exactly is happening

Edit: I should add that after about 10-15 minutes of driving the codes P0121 (Throttle position sensor performance) and P1637 (Generator L-terminal Circuit low voltage) come up. You can clear them however they come back after another 10-15 minutes.

Was it the same PCM you sent him or an exchanged PCM?

Yeah it was the same PCM as the one I sent in originally. Oddly enough it seems to have resolved itself and has gone back to working like a normal gas gauge...unfortunately the car is having issues overheating now so gotta figure out whats going on with that
