Default Tick Coming out Exhaust...not a leak

I am getting a stumbling tick out of my bank 1 exhaust pipe. It is only when the lq4 is warmed up and is not consistent. I tried to get a video of it but it is not audible. All the searches came up with exhaust manifold leak or something along the lines of a broken pushrod. I know its not the exhaust manifold leak (joy of no body panels) nor any leak in the exhaust itself. This recently started since I got my MAF bs straightened out.

Only other things I changed I can think of is I put the PCV back to stock and I broke one of the taylor plug wires and now have an MSD one in place...could that make a difference? It is on the side of it that ticks, but didn't think of it until the motor was hot.

Could be a coil or spark problem. When you broke the wire maybe you damaged the spark plug or coil.

That's kind of what I am hoping it is. Odd part is that its not consistent and only starts when its warmed up.
