Good budget friendly mail order tune

Good budget friendly mail order tune I am building a 383 LS1 with a Mamo top end, Fast 102, and 100mm TB. The computer is currently tuned for a stock head, LS6 intake, Tick SNS 3 cam. I will be getting it tuned by Pat G. I am needing to get a baseline mail order tune so the car will at least idle and drive around so that I can seat the rings. Who would be a good mail order option for this that won't break the bank? Also, I need to make sure they do not lock the PCM. The mail order tune will be ran for less than 50-100 miles. Thanks,
