"Not Ready" codes. Please help
When I take my car for inspection I keep getting 3 "not ready" codes. I get 2 codes for the 02 sensors and one for the evaporator. The SES light is NOT on. I have driven the car 260 miles. And they still won't run the ready test. So I can't get it to inspect. The rear 02's have been tuned out. I am at a loss what to do. It has thrown a code in the past for the 02's. I just cleared the code and it didn't seem to be a problem. But for some reason it just won't run the ready test. And without doing that I can't pass inspection. Please help. I have a car I can't drive. Ask anything I'm desperate. Thanks.

There's multiple ways to "turn off" codes, but only
one right way. If you "disable" a test, you will kill the
SES light but also inhibit any of the more complex
tests that depend on that one (like readiness tests).
If you make it "enabled, no error reported" then the
happy result will pass down to whoever's looking for
it and your readiness tests can proceed as your drive
cycle takes you through their region of activity.
I'd look at, or have whoever touched DTC setting
look at, whether there are any "disabled" tests that
ought to be "enabled, no error reported" starting
with the known activity.
