Wideband install
I'm thinking of running an afr gauge when I build my new cluster coming up. Just not sure about it all. I know they run off wideband o2 sensors. But just one on one side? Or have one on either side? They way I see it, if I only use one, I'll only be monitoring one side, but if I use two, I'll have signals clashing and interfering with each other. Any help would be great. Thanks

Innovate Motorsports makes a dual wide band gauge called the DLG-1. I've got it and it works great. It has digital outs so you can log the readings alongside other data from the OBD.
Sure most only run a single but I will say a dual helped me with troubleshooting a new build. Price reasonable as well.

I run two WB gauges side-by-side and it has been very helpful for diagnosing problems. For example, a single cylinder misfire (bad injector, plug, wire, coil) will cause the AFR to go to 18 on that side. You immediately see something is wrong and already know which side.
