I have a 2002 5.3 out of a suburban that originally came with a 4L60E 4x4, I am going to run a 4L80E.

Have the anit theft turned off first

I think I need to add some pins to run the 4L80E correctly to the PCM, as well and some wiring.

Other issues,
have a tuner delete emissions (going in a 1975 C10) rear O2's EGR

I am adding turbo's, so deletion of the MAF, change the Map sensor and parameters. Larger injectors will be required too.

I'll have to decide on what gearing and tires size for the PCM.

Is there anything else anyone can think of that I may have an issue with?

Its a 411 pcm...it will do everything you need with no problems, just needs to be tuned for your setup.
