Custom ECU programming for LS3 in in airplane putting a LS3 in an airplane and wanted to have the ECM reprogrammed for better efficiency (calibrating for prop loads, ect..) and removing limp mode so the engine can produce max power in event of a failure that would normally cause reduced limp power, as well as inputs default to a average reading should a sensor fail.
Looking for recommendations of programmers capable of doing this.

You might look into the Megasquirt controller as the hardware and software are all open-source. Perhaps someone has already done it, or a Megasquirt guru could do it for you.
BTW - Several small companies now sell Megasquirt as ready-to-install kits with harnesses for various cars and much more.
