Idle still surging after th400 vss install

Idle still surging after th400 vss install So after I did the th400 swap idle surged, trans had a vss of some kind in it, hooked it up speedometer works and has been calibrated but still surges until the car moves then it's fine. Any ideas? Thanks in advance
