LS1 GTO OTR MAF questions

LS1 GTO OTR MAF questions It's a long story but here are the major details,hoping someone can guide me in the right direction

TorquerV2 cam
OTR intake
LTs.
Currently tuned and made 380hp
My question is...I have the LS1 MAF right now and the OTR intake ,TB and MAF are all crammed up.
Can i go to a card style MAF (LS3/LS7)with an adaptor harness to clear up some room without a tune?
Or will I have to go get tuned again?
