I have an lq4 built on a stand that is all stock except for a ls9 cam I put in it. It is designated for a budget turbo project. I may have to use the motor in my work truck for a time being(motor shot). So as the title states, if I throw it in without changing anything in the truck, will it start and run OK, or is it definitely going to need some changes to the tune?

The build has updated timing cover with the front sensor, ls9 cam gear, stock 317 heads, truck intake, dbw. 24x wheel. stock exhaust with cats truck is 04 2500hd ls.

It will probably fire up and run ok, might not idle perfect, but I wouldnt get on it or tow anything with it not being tuned.
