Tps voltage problems
Been researching this a lot over last couple days. My car is speed density tuned and my new nitrous works of tps voltage and won't engage so I tested tps voltage with volt meter and at WOT it only goes to 2.89 volts(nitrous is set to 4 volts so figured that part out). Next I tested the gray wire on pcm and it is also 2.89. I changed the tps sensor and did the key on reset and still same problem I am thinking bad computer ? Any help would be greatly appreciated

Did you check the 5v and ground at the sensor too?
If the 2.89 at WOT reading was at the sensor then the problem cannot be the computer since that's before the signal ever gets there.

And?
Does your throttle blade open fully? If this is a DBW
car that may be hard to ever see.
What does the TPS do if you remove it from the
throttle body and turn it stop-to-stop by hand?
These two things might narrow it down for you.

Tps
It's not the computer , tried a few of them. Its dbc throttle body, I tested a few other 5 volt spots and there all 2.89 also

So are you saying all of your 5V reference outputs are
2.89V? Or just different points on one of the 5V ref
branches?
If this is common across PCM swappage, maybe look
to some excess loading on the TPS 5V. Start pulling
sensors (KOEO) and see what makes it get right, if?
