Help with wiring harness, first LS swap
Here's some more detailed info of wiring coming of PCM:
Red connector- MIL control pin46, fuel pump relay control(green white stripe) pin 9, engine speed output signal(white) pin 10, vehicle speed output circuit 4k(green white stripe) pin 50
Blue connector- serial data(green) pin 58, battery PCM supply(orange) pin 57, ignition supply PCM(pink) pin 19,battery PCM supply(orange) pin 20, ignition supply PCM(pink) pin 75, TCC brake switch (purple) pin 33
And I believe I also need the C1 connector because it has C1-B11 Red wire- Feeds 12vBatt. to ING switch and C1-A9 Pink From IGN switch hot in RUN, START. Powers fuse block up. And I think I need the C3 connector which has a wire that power fuel pump? Again I just want to use the stock fuse block. Also I need to know where the positive and negative battery cables pictures connect and where they go to. Thanks.
You don't seem to be asking very many questions.
For the fuel pump wire, it goes to whichever relay you have powering the fuel pump. The PCM supplies 12v power to turn on the relay.
The negative battery cable goes from the battery to wherever you want it to go to, but the frame is best.
The positive cable goes to the battery, fuse block, starter, and alternator.
The pink wires can go to any ignition source that you can find, but again, will need a fuse.
Your fuel pump wire needs to go to the fuel pump relay. If you're not using the stock fuse block to power your fuel pump, then obviously you'll need an external relay.

If you're going to pin in your actual fuel pump, etc, into the underhood fuse panel then you are on the right path.
