Injectors not getting power at fuse block
I just bought a 2000 Camaro roller and swapped in a motor. The engine starts and runs perfectly fine - but only if I jump power directly to the injector fuses at the fuse block.
So for some reason, the fuse block isn't getting power- but the weird thing is, everything else on the fuse block is getting power, just not the injectors.
any tips?

VATS is disabled in the tune, but I've been reading that it can still exist even if it's shown as disabled on the PCM
What is weird is that when I bought the car, it had the original engine in it. It would start fine - and I'm using the same PCM.
Looking at a wiring diagram, it shows a pink wire going from the PCM to the fuse block, which then goes to the 2 fuses for each bank of injectors. I'll make sure these threes fuses are'nt blown (already checked all the fuses, but I'll check again). At this point it looks like the PCM isn't sending power, so that all points to VATS I'm guessing

Also, I'm pretty sure that they are fused in a bank 1/bank 2 order, so Bank 1 coils and injectors are fused together, and bank 2 coils and injectors are fused together.
If would be impossible for only the injectors to lose power. You're either losing power to a single bank, or losing power to both banks of injectors and coils.
