Default got a light on and temp gauge is dead *help*

so this light popped on and then shortly after my temp gauge died, any ideas?

That light is the low coolant level light which is pretty common on these cars because the sensor gets gummed up and doesn't read correctly, but it's definitely a good idea to make sure your coolant level isn't actually low.

It's strange your temp gauge stopped working shortly after that. It could be a coincidence or you could be having cluster problems.

i did check the coolant shortly after that came on and it was good
