Hi, I’m having an issues with both o2 sensors reading 450mv which I have been told is default mode. I have a PSI wiring harness #1019 and have installed the o2 sensors it calls for in the manual (black square male connector). I have read that the Tan wire needs to be ground? I tested all 4 wires and I’m seeing
Pink 12v
Purple 4.5v
Tan 4.9v
Green is grounded

Any thoughts on what it could be? I followed the PSI instructions and can’t seem to see where the issue is. Motor is a 5.3/th400. Thanks for the help.

Tan wires should all go to the PCM as ground wires (most of the time)

I see both Tan wires into the PCM in blue connector pins 26 and 29. I’ve grounded the harness where it calls for in the instructions. I wonder why Tan wires show 4.9v.

I ended up calling PSI directly. They were super helpful in solving my issue. Everything is hooked up correctly, I was using the wrong O2 sensors. This harness requires Denso to work properly.
