Default Please review my HPT log files

I've attached two HP Tuners logs from back in August. What do you think? Mods in sig. I know nothing about HP tuners but I know either the shift points and/or the rev limiter need to be adjusted because it's hitting the limiter on the 2-3 shift. My tuner is nonresponsive and I'd like to make a race in a couple of weeks. I'm trying to determine if other parts of the tune are way off or if I can just fix the shift points/rev limiter. Thanks!
